With resolution better than 1 mm, vision beyond visible light, ability to verify the spectral signature of every particle passing and the very latest image processing technology means that this sorter is a must in many applications.

Mechanically, the dried products slide down a curved chute to the inspection line and defects are rejected by any one of up to 256 ejectors. This precision detection and rejection ensures that virtually all defects are rejected with a minimum of good product wastage.
