The Autosort provides a cost-effective solution to the problems of an incorrect-size item jamming downstream packing machinery in high volume manufacture. Ideal for pelleted products such as chewing gum, the P Series can also remove colour defects. The ability to remove defects adds value and saves costs for the producer.
Length grading of products such as almonds, peanuts or carrots by mechanical means is difficult. The P Series can grade to ±0.3 mm accuracy.
A simple and robust design combined with user-friendly software provides a system that is easy to learn to operate and has minimal maintenance requirements.
