| The FFC can classify fresh, frozen,
straight or crinkle-cut French Fries from 7mm to
18mm square, into seven length categories, and also
count minor, major and critical defects. Thin and
short fries (slivers and shorts) are also counted.
The user interface graphically shows the percentage
of fries in each length category and whether this meets
the user-defined distribution, and reports the
percentage of defects in the sample. A trend display
with control limits allows corrective action to
be taken before substantial product is produced.
All data can be directly exported to the popular
spreadsheet packages for detailed analysis and
reports.
